This Privacy Policy explains how Lifebalance Publishing ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our KDP Ads Autopilot service (the "Service"), including our website and application. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Lifebalance Publishing provides an advertising-management service for Amazon KDP authors. We help you view your Amazon advertising performance and, where you authorize it, adjust your campaigns on your behalf. You can contact us at info@lifebalancepub.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account and contact information you provide when you sign up (such as name and email address).
• Amazon advertising data we retrieve through the official Amazon Ads API after you connect your account — for example your advertising profiles, campaigns, keywords/targets, placements, spend, sales, clicks, and performance reports.
• Authorization tokens issued by Amazon's "Login with Amazon" when you connect your account, which allow us to access your advertising data on your behalf.
• Files you choose to upload, such as a Publisher Champ "Book Stats" export, used to show your book-level royalties and profit.
• Basic usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.

We do not collect your Amazon password. Connection happens through Amazon's secure Login with Amazon flow; we never see or store your Amazon credentials.

3. How we use your information

• To display your advertising performance and book-profit dashboards.
• To optimize and, where you have authorized it, apply changes to your Amazon advertising campaigns according to the targets you set.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.

We use your data only to provide the Service to you. We do not use your advertising data for advertising to you, and we do not sell it.

4. Amazon Ads data and Login with Amazon

We access your Amazon advertising data through the Amazon Ads API using the permissions (scopes) you grant during Login with Amazon — limited to advertising management and reporting. We do not access any Amazon information beyond what is needed to provide the Service. Our use of Amazon data complies with the Amazon Ads API License Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Protection Policy.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Amazon account settings, or by asking us to disconnect your account. Revoking access stops any further data retrieval and any automated actions.

5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or advertising data. We share information only:

• With service providers who host and operate our infrastructure on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, solely to run the Service.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.

6. Storage and security

We store your data on secured servers and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to authorization tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the Service. You may request that we disconnect your Amazon account and delete your stored data at any time by emailing info@lifebalancepub.com. We will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw your consent (disconnect) at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@lifebalancepub.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws (such as the GDPR).

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
